Where do the prices come from?
From your own supplier accounts. We look up what each supplier shows you: your tier, your depot and the promotions you get. Not an average and not a published list.
Do you need my supplier logins?
Yes, one for each supplier you want compared. Your account is used on your behalf, the way your own staff would use it, and only to look up prices. Nobody places orders for you, and you can remove access at any time.
Can other shops see my prices?
No. Your logins, your lists and your orders belong to your shop. Other shops never see them.
How do you make sure prices compare fairly?
Pack sizes and case splits differ between suppliers, so a price that looks cheaper often is not. We match them line by line, so every price you see compares like for like.
How long does a price comparison take?
Your whole list across your suppliers in about a minute. Larger lists or more suppliers take a little longer.
How much will I save?
In most cases a shop saves 3% to 10% on what it buys. It is not guaranteed: some baskets save more, some less, and supplier prices change, so always check the total with the supplier before you order.
Are the prices with or without VAT?
Without. VAT at 20% is added to your invoice.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay monthly, or pay for a year up front and get two months free. Stop whenever you like.
How do I pay?
By card, or by bank transfer if you prefer. You get a numbered invoice and receipt for every payment.
What happens after I sign up?
You confirm your email, tell us about your shop and add your suppliers. We then call you to agree your plan and switch your account on.
